After earning a sommelier certificate (which I did for the pure fun of it), I began experimenting with adding wine to my cooking. I started to realize that most every recipe could be enhanced by wine, with just some basic techniques.
In this cookbook, I developed, tested, and wrote every recipe. The book opens with some basics on wine and food pairing, and follows with 125 delicious recipes to try. Home cooks will find these recipes simple and easy to follow, and will quickly be on their way to including wine in their own recipes.
I also designed and formatted the entire book in both paperback and Kindle formats.
